February 1, 2015 - RENSSELAER, NEW YORK – Community Newspapers Inc, a valuable Vision Data partner, continues to grow their relationship with the addition of the Lake City Reporter, the daily newspaper in Lake City. As part of the transition, CNI will be moving the advertising processes to Vision Data’s Total Advertising to take advantage of the same technical advancements enjoyed by the other CNI properties. Additionally, they will be implementing Vision’s Total Circulation application, along with VisionWeb integrated browser tools that enable a customer to access any account information in advertising and circulation from a single point.

The Vision Total Advertising application will be accessed via the IaaS Vision hosted platform, utilizing the many built-in efficiencies and revenue features of working with a common system while saving on the cost of maintaining individual servers. Not only will the Reporter be able to increase revenues with new cross-selling opportunities, features such as Electronic Tearsheets, E-Statements and E-Classified Re-solicitation will save postage and print costs while increasing customer service offerings. Additionally, the VisionWeb Classified application will provide enhanced self-service opportunities for
advertisers in the added region and VisionWeb Sales/CRM will enable their outside sales staff to increase sales visits, generating more ad revenues. CNI publications also utilize Vision’s Total Layout for Classified Pagination and Retail Layout, providing the papers with a single solution from order entry to page layout.

Total Circulation streamlines all areas of circulation processing including carrier, mail and single copy functions. Subscriber services and customer management including Easy Pay, Email Renewals and all required Post Office and AAM reporting, are integral components of this very robust graphical application.

VisionWeb Circulation Management will enable subscribers to have 24/7 accessibility to their accounts combining digital and print and advertising. They can renew on line with automated renewal reminders and enter comments and vacations through a secure PCI compliant portal in a real time environment. Additionally, Carriers and Dealers along with District Managers will also be able to track their activity and view and print their routes via browser access. VisionWeb Circulation is designed to save time in all areas while creating revenue opportunities for new subscription activity.
