December 23, 2014 - RENSSELAER, NEW YORK – The Dominion Post, a family owned newspaper in Morgantown, WV, has chosen to replace their legacy Vision Data circulation application with Vision Total Circulation and VisionWeb Circulation Management applications.

Total Circulation streamlines all areas of circulation processing including carrier , mail, and single copy activities as well as subscriber services and management functions, including required Post Office reporting.

VisionWeb Circulation Management will enable subscribers to have 24/7 access to their digital and print accounts. They can renew on line, receive automated renewal reminders and enter comments and vacations through a secure PCI compliant portal in a real time environment. Additionally, Carriers and Dealers along with District Managers will be able to track their activity and view and print their routes via browser access. VisionWeb Circulation is designed to save time in all areas while creating revenue opportunities by simplifying new subscription activity.

The Dominion Post has been using Vision Data’s legacy Circulation Management software for 20 years. Chris Halterman, Director of Operations, attributed Vision Data’s excellent customer support over the years as a major factor in their decision to upgrade, along with the graphical application’s added ease of use and functionality.

The installation is scheduled for first quarter 2015.
